How the Ballers Hatchery works
Every Ballers TCG member gets a mystery egg. Your first order hatches it into one of 9 creature lines, and your buddy walks with you around the site, grows, evolves and pays you back in store credit.
Getting your egg
- Sign up or sign in. We email you a 6-digit code instead of a password.
- Your first paid order hatches your egg.
- Add your phone number for +20 XP (once per account).
Leveling up
- Every $1 you pay for products is 1 XP. Shipping, taxes and store credit you spend do not earn XP.
- Order XP lands on your buddy as soon as you pay, so levels and evolutions happen right away.
- Store credit, free shipping codes and eggs earned at Levels 5, 10, 15 and 20 are added 14 days after your order is delivered. Refunds and returns remove that order's XP, and any reward it unlocked that hasn't been added yet is cancelled.
- Free XP: daily check-in (+2, +10 for a 7-day streak), a friend joining with your code (+15), someone opening your share link (+5, up to 10 a month) and your birthday (+25 a year). Free XP is capped at 50 per month.

Rarity and serial numbers
Every hatch rolls a rarity. Serialized rarities have a limited print run for each creature. When a print run is gone, that rarity can no longer be hatched for that creature and the roll moves to the next rarity down.

Paid orders of $30 or more have a 5% chance to include a bonus egg, found when the order ships. Merging a duplicate creature into your active buddy adds +2 to each of its hatch stats, and every two merges raise a Common or Rare buddy one rarity tier. Merged buddies do not receive serial numbers.
Buddies hatch together (referrals)
- Your friend code gives a new customer $5 off a first order of $30 or more.
- When their order goes through the 14-day window after delivery, you get $10 store credit and +100 XP. Up to 5 paid referrals per month.
- Referrals don't count for your own orders, repeat customers, or orders shipping to the same address as yours.
Program terms
- Store credit has no cash value, can't be transferred or exchanged for cash, and expires 90 days after it is issued. It can be used at checkout when you're signed in.
- One account per person. Accounts that abuse the program (for example fake accounts or self-referrals) may lose XP, buddies or credit.
- Buddies, eggs, XP and serial numbers are part of the Ballers TCG rewards program and have no cash value.
- Battles are coming soon. Stats shown today are for fun and may change when battles launch.
- Ballers TCG may change or end the program at any time. Store credit already issued stays valid until it expires.
