Shipping & pickup
How fast do you ship?
Orders ship within 2 business days from our shop in Sarasota, FL. You'll get a tracking email as soon as your label is printed.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping (USPS Ground Advantage, 2–5 business days) is a flat $6.99, and it's free on orders $199+. Priority Mail is available at checkout. Buying just 1–4 singles? Choose the $1.99 stamped card envelope (untracked).
How are cards packed?
Singles ship in a penny sleeve and toploader inside a bubble mailer. Sealed product and graded slabs ship in padded boxes. Orders over $250 ship with signature confirmation.
Can I pick up my order instead?
Yes, local pickup is free. Choose pickup at checkout and we'll email you when your order is ready at 4964 Fruitville Rd, Sarasota, FL 34232.
Do you ship outside the US?
Right now we ship within the United States only.
Returns
Can I return or exchange something?
All sales are final. If your order arrives damaged or isn't as described, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll make it right. See our refund policy.
Collectors Reserve
What is Collectors Reserve?
Sealed $25 mystery packs of real Pokémon singles (English and Japanese). Run 1 is only 100 packs, and every card in the run is on the live board. When a pack sells, in store or online, its cards are crossed off right away.
How does the instant reveal work?
Your pack is picked at random the second you pay online. Your order confirmation email has an “Open your pack” button, so tap it to tear open your pack on screen and flip every card. The reveal link works for 14 days, and your sealed pack ships to you or waits for pickup.
Can I cancel a Collectors Reserve order?
No. Packs are assigned the moment you pay, so Collectors Reserve orders are final sale and can't be cancelled, returned or refunded.
Trade-ins & grading
Do you buy or trade for cards?
Yes. Send us your list on our trade-in page and we'll price it before you come in. Free quote, no obligation, cash or store credit.
How do I know a graded slab is real?
Every slab is sealed by its grading company (PSA, CGC or TAG). Look up the certification number on the slab on the grader's website to confirm it.
Should I get my card graded?
Use the free grading calculator in our Pokémon cards guide. Search your card and it shows whether grading is likely worth the fee.
