Refund policy

Because of the nature of collectible cards, our return policy varies by product type.

Sealed product

Returnable within 14 days of delivery if still factory sealed and unopened. Contact us to arrange a return.

Singles & graded slabs

All sales are final. Every listing is photographed front and back so you know exactly what you're getting before you buy. If an item arrives damaged or not as described, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we'll make it right.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank.
